1. Introduction

Welcome to Voy-ant Studios. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

Voy-ant Studios is powered by Shopify and operates from 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.


2. About Our Products

Voy-ant Studios sells clothing and music products. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately reflect the actual product. For music products, formats and delivery methods will be clearly stated on the product page.


3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You are placing an order for delivery to an address within the United Kingdom. We currently only ship within the UK. Availability in additional regions will be announced at a later date.


4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This constitutes acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Voy-ant Studios.

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.


5. No Returns or Refunds Policy

All sales made through Voy-ant Studios are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this no-returns policy.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the event that goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In such cases, please contact us at info@voy-ant.xyz and we will assess your situation in accordance with our legal obligations.


6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery timescales will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Voy-ant Studios website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, music previews, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Voy-ant Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express prior written consent. Purchasing a music product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise stated.
