Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Voy-ant Studios. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our manufacturing and drop-shipping partners. Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, it will be passed to our fulfilment partner for dispatch.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, where available.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via the carrier selected by our fulfilment partner. This is most commonly Evri, though other carriers may be used depending on the product, location, or availability. We do not guarantee the use of a specific carrier for any given order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders over £50.00 — Free standard shipping
- Orders under £50.00 — Shipping cost displayed at checkout
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and factors outside our control such as public holidays or periods of high demand.
6. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and service used by our fulfilment partner. If no tracking information is provided, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.
7. Delays & Lost Parcels
Voy-ant Studios is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or resolution in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Voy-ant Studios and our fulfilment partners are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@voy-ant.xyz and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
9. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options will be made available as we expand. Please check back for updates.
